Who figured this out? Does it really work?

Okay... Either I'm too stupid to figure out how to fold it..or there is supposed to be a link of a picture of how to fold it to be able to see this because the part where it says "fold exactly as below" just don't make sense to me without seeing the "below" of how to fold it...is there a link that someone could post to show how to fold it..or am I just stupid to figure it out on my own? I just wanted to see what it looked like and if it was interesting or not....all I know is that I now have a 20 dollar bill that looked new several minutes ago and now it looks like it's been to hell and back! HaHa!!!Guess the jokes on me....
