Are the San Diego Chargers the most cursed NFL team of all time? do they choke in the playoffs more so than?

any other team has in their entire history? No offense, I would like to see the Chargers win a Super Bowl in the future, they are one of my favorite teams. They have never won a Super Bowl in their entire franchise history, except for an AFL Championship won in 1963, but I wonder if that counts as big as a Super Bowl win or NFL Championship from the Pre-Super Bowl era, overally, any major Championship whatsoever.
