What's the best city for young people in England?

Liverpool and Plymouth are ports, and thus on the perifery of the country, Norwich is way over to the East, and difficult to get anywhere from, so Leeds, it has good transport links to the rest of the country, not too far from anywhere, near enough to Scotland if you want to go there for a visit, only 4 hours from London or Edinburgh, by train...Good Uni. good night life, not over populated by Chavs or Pikeys, or illegal immigrants !
