How come if somebody is racist some people say that's their right but if somone is a child abuser..oh it's on?

I think you are fundamentally misunderstanding what people mean by "it's their right". In this case, they are referring to the right of free speech. A person has the right to be a racist and say racist things and to judge goths and to go on yahoo answers and condemn others for being racists. You can disagree with these people while still acknowledging that it is their right to do these things. Abusing a child violates the rights of the child, that is the fundamental difference.
