What type of degree should I pursue (Computer related)?

I'm currently enrolled at The Ohio State University in my freshman year. My major is exploration which is their term for undecided but I am considering something in the field of computers. Basically I'm really into video games and I would love to work for a game developer (Activision, Treyarch, Blizzard, etc.) I am also interested in building computers, modding consoles and programs, hacking, etc. Although admittedly I am kind of a "noob" in those types of things. Anyway I was looking at Ohio State's majors and the only two related to computers are Computer & Information Science and Computer Science & Engineering. I'll link both of them, they are almost the same thing on paper. I'm not really sure if this is the type of thing that suits my interests though. I'm looking for some advice on whether or not they would, and if not can you offer suggestions of the major I should be looking at. I'm willing to transfer to another school but I would like to stay in state (out of state tuition is rediculous) Thanks for any help!!
