How can I empty my 1996 geo tracker radiator to fill it with distilled water?

there's a pet on the very bottom of it that will allow you to drain all of the coolant out of it,then you can fill it back up,I'm hoping you do plan on using a 50/50 mix of coolant and water back in it,other wise you will have problems from it,good luck with it.
