Reasonable punishment for violation of house rules?

Have a sort of style of jar. You know abit like a swear jar. Everytime she smokes make her enter 5 dollars or what ever price you think is suitable. Or you could do what me and my roomates did was get our airsoft gun and shoot our other roomate whenever he smoked in our house. But I think the smoke/swear jar is more up your ally ;) good luck.
