Turbo?? can you help me out?

Ok all these cars with turbos in it they make it look so easy oya just bolt it together then there you go.... well i no that is not true im jw do i have to cut and weld the pipe and well i got a 98 honda prelude if anyone knows much on them tell me all you no thanks a bunch
