I'm trying out for dance team....?

hi... im trying out again,having not made it last year.this time,its for high school.thats four grades instead of 3,plus,theyll probably only take the girls that were on it in my grade that made it last year.i quit dance lessons earlier this year,and i want this so badly,i can hardly stand it.i dont know what to practice,or what to do,while i get ready for the tryouts.they teacxh everyone the dance,and hen you do it in front of the coach.i want this so badfly,PLEASE HELP ME!THANK YOU!
