I live in Greece, is there a possible way to communicate with Chase Crawford from Gossip Girl?

I just want to ask for an autograph and tell him i like him. I've searched everywhere and i can't find any address, not a fan club, or even the CW TV, something that can help me. I'd like to send him a letter or an e-mail, anything.
