For girls in 5th grade plz. 5th to 7th maybe too.?

So, lately i've been having this milky looking stuff come out when im at school! i havent started my TOTAL period yet, but i've been told this could mean my period is coming. And im almost twelve!!! My mom had hers at 12 and my gma at 9. So, i could have my fairly soon, so im kinda scared. And i dont know where any help is if it starts. But my friend says she has plenty. Thing is, my mom works from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. So, i just wanna know i my period mite start! Thnk!
