Can i used this coconut oil on my hair?

It's Barlean's Organic Oils Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 100% Organic, it says it tastes great and and that it's a dietary supplement but it also says for Hair, Skin and Body Care, can i still rub it in my hair because i don't want to risk anything. If it's not safe please list some place where I can order or buy the coconut oil. It has to be Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and 100% organic. thanks.
